UL Cross-Sector Partnership Meeting

Please join us for the UL Cross-Sector Partnership Meeting hosted by ULS and ULSE. This meeting will provide updates and insights on investigative and enforcement activities since the last Conference and enable law enforcement and the private sector to discuss areas of joint interest.

Pre-registration is required for this meeting, which has a capacity of 100 delegates. It is being offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

International IP Crime Investigators College (IIPCIC) Pre-Conference Workshop

Topic: From Strategy to Action: A Multilevel Response to Counterfeit Battery Threats

Our 2025 IIPCIC workshop presents an interactive tabletop exercise based on the IIPCIC Task Force Model for preventing and combating IP crime, with a special focus on operational and tactical level interventions. Centered on the real-world threat of life-endangering counterfeit batteries, the workshop will guide participants through coordinated multi-agency responses, intelligence sharing, and hands-on enforcement scenarios. The workshop will emphasize intelligence-driven decision-making, inter-agency cooperation, and public-private partnerships, offering a dynamic simulation of how structured, scalable task forces can effectively respond to real-world IP crime threats.

Pre-registration will be required and the capacity of 50 participants. It is being offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Pre-Conference Welcome Reception will be held at the Conference location on Monday evening.  Come and network with your fellow delegates and with the Exhibitors before the Conference kicks off on Tuesday morning.

Conference Delegate Dinner

Mingle and network with delegates at the annual Conference Dinner held at at a location to be announced. This will be a cocktail-style reception with a variety of seating styles and food selections. Buses will depart from the Conference location for the dinner starting at 6:00 PM and return between 9:00-9:30 PM.

Topic: Reducing the Risks of Hazardous Goods in the Transportation, Cargo, and Postal Networks

Overview

The 18th annual International Law Enforcement IP Crime Conference, INTERPOL, and UL Standards and Engagement (ULSE) are excited to cohost a Safety Seminar entitled "Reducing the Risks of Hazardous Goods in the Transportation, Cargo, and Postal Networks." The International IP Crime Investigators College will deliver the seminar and bring together global organizations, industry groups, stakeholders, and experts to share their specialized knowledge and jointly examine challenges associated with the risks and consequences associated with hazardous goods, including counterfeit products, encountered or experiencing failure in the maritime, airline, rail, highway, and postal transportation and cargo networks.

Registration

This Seminar requires pre-registration. Delegates must attend the IP Crime Conference and wear their Conference badge to attend this Seminar. Entry is subject to INTERPOL security clearance requirements, which will take approximately 30 minutes before the start of the Seminar. Interpretation will not be provided.

Topic: Ensuring Supply Chain Integrity at Enforcement Interdiction Points

Overview

The 18th annual International Law Enforcement IP Crime Conference, INTERPOL, and UL Standards and Engagement (ULSE) are excited to cohost a Security Seminar entitled "Ensuring Supply Chain Integrity at Enforcement Interdiction Points." The International IP Crime Investigators College will deliver the seminar, which will bring together global organizations, industry groups, stakeholders, and experts to share their specialized knowledge and jointly examine challenges associated with supply chain integrity at enforcement interdiction points, including free trade zones, E-Commerce, and mail processing locations.

Registration

This Seminar requires pre-registration. Delegates must attend the IP Crime Conference and wear their Conference pass to attend this Seminar. Entry is subject to INTERPOL security clearance requirements, which will take approximately 30 minutes before the start of the Seminar. Interpretation will not be provided.

Ignite Café

The 2025 IP Crime Conference will include an Ignite Café, which will create a relaxed and informal networking environment to facilitate discussions and foster valuable connections between participating law enforcement agencies, other first responder organizations, speakers, sponsors, experts, private sector stakeholders, delegates, and INTERPOL specialized units. 

The Café aims to ignite conversations, increase collaboration, build new relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and spark opportunities to address safety and security challenges associated with IP crime and other illicit trade.

The Ignite Café will open virtually through our Conference app on 1 September 2025 and will be available on-site during the event.
